Shipping limits:	Most orders received by 12:00 Noon Eastern time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. We ship via FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Standard Overnight service. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated using your order subtotal. Customers not residing in the USA, please e-mail us for delivery options and shipping costs. You must provide your address and telephone number. British-Classics International is not responsible for import duties, customs charges or taxes.
Customer guarantee:	All products sold by British-Classics International include manufacturers warranties. British-Classics International will repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow instructions, misapplication, alteration or attempted unauthorized repair by anyone other than British-Classics International.
Return policy:	Returns must be pre-authorized by BCI and include the sales receipt or will be refused Returns will only be accepted within 7 business days of purchase All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Damaged, soiled, molested goods will be refused Exchanges not subject to restocking fee Special Order and Custom items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged Merchandise must be in as-new, undamaged, unsoiled (including tobacco smoke stench) unmolested condition and include original boxes, packing material, accessories, and a copy of the sales receipt Helmets MUST be packed in the original bag and inner and outer boxes Shipping charges are not refundable If you return any items that received FREE shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item (s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured COD shipments will not be accepted For items received damaged in shipping, contact the carrier immediately Christmas Returns: We understand that many shoppers like to buy early for Christmas. Christmas gifts purchased after December 15th may be returned by January 5th.
