Shipping limits:	Most orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. We ship via FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Standard Overnight service. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated using your order subtotal. Customers not residing in the USA, please e-mail us for delivery options and shipping costs. You must provide your address and telephone number. British-Classics is not responsible for import duties, customs charges or taxes.
Customer guarantee:	All products sold by British-Classics include manufacturers warranties. British-Classics will repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow instructions, misapplication, alteration or attempted unauthorized repair by anyone other than British-Classics.
Return policy:	Returns will only be accepted within 10 business days after receipt of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges not subject to restocking fee. Special Order and Custom items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Merchandise must be in as-new, condition and include original boxes, packing material, accessories, and a copy of the sales receipt. Helmets MUST be packed in the original bag and inner and outer boxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured. COD shipments will not be accepted. For items received damaged in shipping, contact the carrier immediately. Christmas Returns: We understand that many shoppers like to buy early for Christmas. Christmas gifts purchased after December 1st may be returned by January 5th.
Payment options:	All payments must be in U.S. funds. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks.
